Return Policy

Returns are initiated by sending a note to admin@whiskeysidekick.com.  Please be sure to include the ORDER # for quick and expedient response. 

What items are eligible for re-shipment or returnable for store credit?

  1. Mis-Shipped Orders.
  2. Orders Received Damaged (pictures are required). 

How Do I Return and Item That Was Mis-Shipped or Damaged in Transit?

What about Return Shipping?

Return shipping may only be paid for by Whiskey Sidekick when the return is initiated due to a mis-shipment or damaged goods. 

What items are non-returnable?

  • Items received more than 20 days ago. 
  • Items that were received in excellent condition. 
  •  

How soon will I get my refund or exchange item?

  • All qualifying items may be returned for a full/partial refund or exchange.
  • Once your items are inspected upon return, you'll get your refund, typically within 24-48 hours. 
  • If an exchange is requested, the exchange item(s) will be shipped within 1 week of receipt of item to be exchanged.
